Cancellation Policy
By choosing the “Pay in Full” option, you are agreeing to use the membership for a full year. Cancelling your membership will result in loss of access to all resources, the membership platform, and the Facebook group for the remainder of the year at the time of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to all materials.
TERMS OF USE:
Copyright remains with Felice Clark Speech Pathologist and The Dabbling Speechie resources. Purchaser of this membership has purchased ONE LICENSE to utilize the resources within the membership with the purchaser’s classroom/caseload. You may make copies of this resource as needed to meet the needs of your own caseload/classroom. Items in this membership are bound by copyright laws . You may not edit, redistribute, sell, or post these resources online or in another location. Expressed written permission is required to share, edit, or post these resources. Teletherapists and therapists completing e-learning may use The Dabbling Speechie products for their own direct services only. You may upload the portion of the documents that is required for the student to complete the activity. Please do not upload the entire download to send to your student.
You may digitally provide the materials for one student on a student specific platform. You may not upload any documents to a drive available for access to all students and parents on your caseload at once.
For example, you send two pages of a document via See-Saw to a parent, you send an email directly to a parent after a child’s extended absence with several pages of homework, or you upload three pages directly to a student’s profile on your district’s e-learning website. These are acceptable. To save just a portion of the document, open the print box as though you are going to print a few pages. Then select the pages you want. Instead of printing to the printer, save as a PDF.
You may not offer a portion or all of this download for access anywhere online. This is a breach of copyright. This could include but isn’t limited to a Google Drive shared by district therapists, a resource library available to all teletherapists in one company, a dropbox folder accessed by clinicians in a shared office. Do not upload products to a shared drive.
